Russ has more than 35 years of event production, travel agency, corporate travel, meeting planning and travel incentive experience.

As Executive Vice President, Russ led the travel services department and provided concierge-level destination management expertise for both domestic and international meetings and events. Though Russ is retired he maintains a part-time working relationship with TEAM and is involved in many large-scale projects.

Prior to launching TEAM in 2003 with partner, Jane Margulies, Russ served as VP of Travel Operations for RPMC and Manager of Travel Services for Sony Pictures Entertainment. His experience also includes working for large corporate travel agencies and major airlines.

Russ holds a degree in Journalism from UCLA. Russ is also a certified SABRE® administrator and Cvent® Event Management Professional. Russ has had Pandemic Compliance Advisor training.
