TEAM created a custom turbo packed four night experience in the UAE. TEAM Responsibilities: were to create, execute and document, a one of a kind “turbo” packed experience in Dubai in just 4 nights. We evaluated and reviewed all available properties; conducted a site inspection; created and managed daily experiences / activities; sourced third party vendors as needed; created and managed website on-line registration; booked and managed all air travel; sourced assistance with Visa where needed; booked and managed all ground transportation; booked and managed Jetway VIP meets upon arrival and departure with Fast Tracking; sourced entertainment; full budget management and reconciliation.
