TEAM has been planning and executing this high level incentive program for multiple years. Incentive guests are flown to South Beach for a food and wine filled weekend at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Client gifts, meals, cocktails and unique activities are planned for all. Soul Cycle, Running Tours, Yacht tours, Art deco tours or a walk through Wynwood – guests can choose one or all!
TEAM Responsibilities: Researched and presented to client all available properties; conducted site inspection; Negotiated all contracts; created and managed website registration; booked customer air travel; booked and managed all ground transportation; managed décor; on-site management; off-site dinner venue sourcing; sourced 3rd party vendors; managed participation in all offsite events; created and managed all meals; creation of travel packages for all attendees; full budget management and reconciliation; and ensured all components of the event are in compliance with client safety regulations.
