TEAM created a Downtown Getaway for a 24 hour experience in Downtown New York City. Attendees were treated to private car transportation to the brand new Four Seasons Downtown including champagne and sweets along the way. Once at the hotel a Moscow Mule awaited each guest. Glam Squad appointments for quick hair and makeup refreshers and then off to cocktails! Dinner at Bouley topped off by drinks at the world’s greatest bar the Dead Rabbit. Spa appointments or a trip to the One World Observatory rounded out their visit.
TEAM Responsibilities: Researched and presented to client all available properties; conducted site inspections; Negotiated all contracts; created and managed website registration; booked customer air travel; booked and managed all ground transportation; on-site management; off-site dinner and after-dinner venue sourcing; sourced 3rd party vendors; managed participation in all offsite activities; researched and secured all gifts; created and managed all meals; creation of travel packages for all attendees; full budget management and reconciliation; and ensured all components of the event are in compliance with client safety regulations.
